SPIDERTMS collects information from three types of users — company administrators, internal operations staff, and drivers using the Driver App — to provide transport management services effectively and securely.

Driver App Users
- Name and phone number
- Email address
- Driver identity number
- Vehicle plate number
- Current operational location
Operational Data
- Booking and delivery order details
- Pickup and delivery addresses
- QR scan logs and status updates
- Proof of delivery (POD) photos
- Invoice and payment records
Technical Data
- Device type and operating system
- App version and session data
- Error and crash logs
- IP address (for security purposes)
Photo & Camera Access (Driver App): The driver app requests camera access solely to capture proof-of-delivery (POD) photos and QR code scans for order status updates. Photos are uploaded to secure servers and linked to the specific delivery order. We do not access your camera at any other time.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect strictly to operate and improve the SPIDERTMS platform. Your data is never used for advertising or unrelated commercial activities.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party. We share data only in the following limited and necessary circumstances:
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any external parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Your transport and operational data stays within the SPIDERTMS platform.

Driver App Data Handling
The SPIDERTMS Driver App is designed for field delivery operations. The following data practices apply specifically to drivers using the mobile application:
Play Store Account Deletion: In compliance with Google Play Store requirements, drivers may request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. Requests are processed within 7 working days. Please contact marketing@spiders.asia to submit a deletion request.
Third-Party Services
SPIDERTMS uses a limited number of trusted third-party providers to deliver the platform. These providers operate under their own privacy and security policies and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
We do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics trackers, or social media pixels within the SPIDERTMS platform or Driver App.
Children's Privacy
SPIDERTMS is a commercial business-to-business (B2B) platform intended solely for use by professional transport and logistics companies, their administrative staff, and employed drivers.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal data through our platform, please contact us immediately at marketing@spiders.asia and we will take appropriate steps to remove such data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, applicable law, or industry best practices. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the SPIDERTMS platform and/or the Driver App, and update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
